- **Windows:** Hurricane impact-rated with Low E glass and insulated aluminum frames. Factory installed and sealed.
- **Doors:** Composite impact-rated construction with weather-tight installation and professional-grade hardware.

### Florida-Specific Design

- **High-Performance Insulation:** R30 batt insulation (Model A) exceeds minimum requirements and helps maintain interior comfort during power outages.
- **Moisture-Smart Construction:** Designed for high-humidity environments with Stucco-flex premium exterior finishing to resist moisture intrusion.
- **Roofing:** Seamless membrane roofing (Model A) or TPO membrane (Model E) with reflective coatings to reduce heat absorption.
