Mesocore Technology delivers complete living spaces in a factory-built steel core module - a whole house in a box that's pre-wired, pre-plumbed, and assembled on site in days.
How It Works
Mesocore homes are constructed in a controlled factory environment using a patented structural steel core system. The entire module is built, tested, and shipped as a 20-foot ISO-certified shipping container, making it transportable anywhere a shipping container can travel.
The 5-Step Process
- 1. Prepare Land: Site preparation and foundation planning.
- 2. Pour Slab: Concrete foundation installation. Homes can be built on a concrete slab or on concrete piers.
- 3. Deliver Core: The factory-built module arrives on-site via truck, rail, or ocean cargo as a 20' HC ISO-certified container.
- 4. Site Work: Assembly and utility connections are completed on site. Crane placement may be required depending on site conditions.
- 5. Move In: The home is ready for occupancy in 10 days after the core arrives on site.
