### Overview

- **Size:** 420 square feet
- **Dimensions:** 23′ × 18′
- **Layout:** One bedroom and one bathroom
- **Starting price:** $99,000. Optional solar package: $30,000.

### Living Spaces

- **Bedroom:** Built-in storage, smart home integration readiness, LED lighting, and impact windows.
- **Bathroom:** Full bathroom with a 3′ × 3′ shower pan, sink and vanity, toilet, towel rod, Lioher® cabinets, and Wilsonart® THINSCAPE® countertops.
- **Living room and kitchen:** Open-concept layout with integrated kitchen systems.
- **Covered porch:** Additional space for outdoor living.

The complete kitchen includes:

- Stainless steel sink with disposal
- Faucet
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
- Induction cooktop
- Refrigerator
- Lihoer® cabinets
- Wilsonart® THINSCAPE® countertops
- Pantry storage

All appliances listed above are included.

### Laundry

A combination washer-dryer is included. Its space-efficient design eliminates the need for a separate laundry room.

The optional factory-installed and tested 6 kW solar power system includes:

- 14 photovoltaic panels
- Lithium-ion battery storage
- Inverter
- Wiring, connectors, and mounting racks

### Water Systems

- **Rainwater collection:** A 1,700-gallon cistern with an integrated collection system.
- **Water treatment:** A purification system with UV treatment, a pressure pump, and filters.
- **Water use:** Can be used for greywater uses and irrigation.

### Structural Features

- **Core:** Robotically welded modular steel core with approved engineered drawings.
- **Roof:** Swing-up roof and ceiling system with a TPO membrane.
- **Exterior:** Hurricane-impact windows and doors.

### Delivery and Installation

The Model E ships as a 20-foot high-cube ISO-certified container by truck, rail, or ocean cargo.

On-site assembly can be completed in **10 days after core delivery**, provided site preparation and the foundation are complete beforehand. This timeframe excludes permitting, site preparation, foundation work, factory production, and transportation.

Move-in depends on completed utility connections and any required local inspections and occupancy approvals.
